Jane is the author and consultant for Valor Discipleship. She is an ordained minister and discipleship pastor with a calling to disciple, train, and teach others for the glory of God. Jane and her husband, Phil, have two adult children.

Jenn has a heart for discipleship. She has been the Women's Ministry Leader at Calvary Christian Church in Lynnfield, MA since 2017. Striving by God's direction to lead, train, and disciple other women, Jenn has used Women of Valor to watch ladies grow in their relationships with Christ and with one another. She and her husband, Chris, of 15 years homeschool their 4 children to raise them as good thinkers and kind souls to impact their world for Jesus. Jenn loves coffee, conversation, and connection through listening and laughter. 

Angelia is a native of Denver, Colorado. She is married to Minister Cleve Pounds and currently resides in Douglasville, Georgia, where she serves as an Associate Pastor and the Director of Discipleship at Chapelhill Church. After retiring from a successful career as a space planner for the U.S. Federal Government, in 1991, she devoted her life to serving the religious nonprofit community as an educator and servant leader. Having worked alongside her husband in ministerial leadership and founded a nonprofit mentoring organization aimed at cultivating spiritual and leadership development in both individuals and organizations, she has had the opportunity to serve in various roles for churches and nonprofit agencies across the United States for the past 30 years. Privileged to be able to live out the great commission and fulfill her life purpose by teaching in both the Church and academic arenas, Dr. Pounds’ utmost ambition is to “teach for life-change."   

Credie is a woman passionate about God and His people growing closer to Him through the knowledge of His Word. She credits the Women of Valor program for her passion for helping women grow in their spiritual journeys with God and for her own closeness with God.

Char is a Kansan living the best life in Maine. She is being transformed by God’s power in the practices of the 9 tools from Women of Valor. Her desire is to live the rest of her days so that others may know full life in Christ.

Sonia is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and an AGWM Missionary in Hungary. Born in Lima, Peru, and raised in NJ, Sonia was part of a successful church plant in NJ six years before being commissioned to serve in world missions. Sonia has served in Bucharest, Romania with the Kidz Romania ministry and is currently working at an international church plant in Budapest, Hungary. Sonia is passionate about discipleship, training, and equipping the church to pursue its highest call: "living a life of worship and purpose."
